"Although the ladies you work with for this insurance company are nice, I switched to this agency because the price was better than what I was paying. After just one year (no claims whatsoever), they went up on both policies. I was told there was a rate increase and that it might go down in January. Their phone app has issues and I didn't receive my renewal in the mail. I use automatic payments through my financial institution, but do to the inconsistency of the monthly costs I must go in and change the payment number over and over again. This agency is a great disappointment."
