"I have been a loyal customer of State Farm for eight years and after a bad luck year with two accidents, State Farm calls to inform me that they will no longer be insuring me. I never speed, always pay on time, and had no accidents the previous seven years on my driving record. Greedy and senseless thing to do when the cost of living is already unaffordable for average Americans. Don't waste your money being loyal to State Farm, as they will do nothing for you in return."

Unfortunately, insurance companies have to keep premiums low for everyone by cancelling people who have frequent claims because it's usually a predictor of more claims. When this happens, we will work with you to find another insurer and keep in contact to get you back with State Farm and our agency as soon as possible (often within 6 months of being claim-free). Thank you for mentioning that my office called you to discuss this, because many larger companies will just send you a letter and not help you with a back-up plan, and we try to do better by our customers even in this tough situation.
